The renovation of this apartment started with designing an open-plan concept for the common area, i.e. living room, dining & kitchen. The new design includes relocation of the guest bed and redesigning the child bed and the kitchen as well. The for this project to create luxury-modern design by using premium materials such as wood for the floors and some cabinets, glass shutters in the common area , & textured fabric, i.e. leather, velvet.

Designing & constructing a budget friendly interior of a ready flat located at Lake City Complex (Shapla Building) in three weeks time. The concept for this project was to create modern & sophisticated design, with a warm & homely feeling. We used gender-neutral palette for child bed and warm, neutral shades for the rest of the spaces & furnishings.
